About the project
Kisah makes traditional Indian ethnic wear for men and children: kurtas, sherwanis, bandhgalas, indo-western sets and coordinated family collections, built around the line "Every Ritual, Every Look".
We handle Shopify development on the store and stay on to manage it.
Our approach
Ethnic wear is an occasion business. The catalogue reorganises itself around weddings, mehendi, sangeet and festive season, and the store has to follow that calendar without a rebuild each time.
We structured the storefront so collections can be cut by occasion, by category and by age group without duplicating product work, and we keep the site fast through the season peaks when the traffic actually arrives.
