Products and variants, customers, order history, reviews and blog posts, imported and checked against the old store.
Every old URL mapped to its new one with a 301 redirect, with titles, meta descriptions and structured data carried over.

Built on a separate copy, tested end to end, then switched over at a quiet hour while orders keep coming in.
Search Console, analytics and checkout watched closely after launch, with fixes made the same day.
