It depends on your catalog size, integrations and how much custom logic your current theme carries. What does a Shopify maintenance retainer actually include?
A retained tech team on call: bug fixes, performance work, theme releases and the late-night saves that come with running a live store. No account manager relay, the person who answers is technical. Our average reply time on a working day is under 2 hours.
Will my store go down during a migration?
No. We build the new store on a separate instance, migrate and test everything (customers, orders, content) without touching the live site, then cut over. Miduty's migration ran at 400 to 500 orders a day with zero minutes of downtime.
Do you only work with brands based in India?
We're based in India and work with D2C brands worldwide. Areas served: worldwide, working hours 9:00 to 23:00 IST, Monday to Saturday.
