The brand

Miduty is one of India's leading health supplement brands, known for its science-backed formulations and strong customer trust. When we began working with them in 2023 (back when they were transitioning from PalakNotes), they were undergoing a major brand transformation.

Our team was brought on board to handle their Shopify development needs, and what started as a one-time collaboration turned into a long-term partnership. Over the past 3.5 years, we've helped Miduty with everything related to their website: backend development, performance optimisation and real-time website management. Today we continue on a retainer, managing their entire Shopify experience and keeping a high-traffic site with hundreds of daily orders running flawlessly.

What we did

Miduty's transformation from PalakNotes wasn't just a rebrand. It was a high-stakes operation. Their website was already live, receiving 400–500 orders a day, so downtime or data loss was not an option.

To make the transition seamless we built the new Miduty website on a separate Shopify instance under a different URL. That let us develop and test everything without interrupting customer activity. Once ready, we planned a real-time migration: customer data, order history, blog content, everything down to the last byte.

We handled URL redirection and backend reconfiguration for zero drop-offs, no broken links and full SEO continuity. On launch day, August 6th, our team started at 8:30 AM and worked past midnight. The result: Miduty hit its highest-ever revenue on launch day, and the site didn't miss a beat.
