Setsugo

About the project
Setsugo sells building block sets that people keep on a shelf rather than in a toy box: flowers, blossoms, bugs and minis, assembled piece by piece into something decorative. The name means "to connect" in Japanese.
We handled Shopify development on the store.
Our approach
A block set is sold on its details. Buyers want the piece count, the finished size and the reassurance that nothing will be missing from the box, so the product template gives all three room without turning into a wall of specification.
The catalogue is cut by collection (flowers, blossoms, bugs, minis) and reshuffled for seasonal edits like the spring bouquet, so new drops slot in without a rebuild. Offers such as buy four sets and get one free run through the cart, which means the storefront has to stay quick when a promo goes live and the traffic arrives all at once.
