About the project

Jimmy Luxury is a premium menswear brand in India, running a deep catalogue across shirts, kurtas, cargos, jeans, trousers and co-ord sets, with sizing that extends well into plus.

We were brought in to build the website from scratch and move the entire business off WordPress and onto Shopify, while the old store stayed live and busy.

Our approach

The catalogue was large and the store never stopped trading. Around a hundred orders a day were coming through during the move, so the migration had to be planned rather than attempted.

We rebuilt the storefront on Shopify, carried the catalogue across, and cut over without asking the team to pause selling. In their co-founder's words, the process was "surprisingly smooth and quick", the kind of outcome that only comes from doing the sequencing work before touching anything live.

We continue to handle design and development on the store.
