The Gelatin Labs site was already live and actively used by a loyal customer base, which made the development process more sensitive. With no inbuilt staging environment available and an urgent timeline, we built a custom staging setup to make and test changes without disrupting the live experience.

The product structure on their website involved some unique logic and custom workflows, especially around ordering and photography service details. We had to reverse-engineer parts of the user flow, understand the logic behind it, and implement it efficiently—fast. Despite the complexity, the collaboration was smooth and the development process, though intense, was genuinely enjoyable.

In the end, we delivered a fast, beautiful, and fully functional WordPress website that supports Gelatin Labs’ creative mission—and continues to serve their ever-growing community of photographers with ease.
